2. Proposed Legislation
First Home Ontario closely tracks proposed legislative changes. When our tools assume the passage of bills (like the Bill C-4 federal GST rebate enhancements or the Ontario provincial HST match), these are clearly marked. However, until a bill receives Royal Assent and is passed into law, the rules and specific rebates are subject to change. Do not finalize purchasing decisions based solely on proposed legislation.
